Following recommendations from our core router vendor we will be upgrading the firmware on our core routers. Non-resilient customers connected directly to the affected router will lose service for up to 6 minutes while the router reboots. We apologise for any inconvenience.
This work will be completed in phases. Phase 2 29/6 following routers will be worked on - BGP1/C4 PPP6/C6 ALB1/C1
