Scheduled - We will be carrying out essential works to our core network during this maintenance, no outages are anticipated as traffic will re-route automatically during these works. However the network should be considered "at risk" during these works.

We will also be performing essential maintenance on our Poole 3 microwave broadband site. Customers connected to sector 4 on Poole 3 will experience a short dropout during the works window while equipment reboots.

Apologies if you are affected by these necessary works.

Scheduled - DC06 Datacenter will undergo a full load generator test on the below date. This will involve simulation of a power failure to the site.
The site UPS's will hold the load while the generator starts, and no disruption is expected, however services transiting or within the site should be considered to be 'at risk'

Resolved - the supplier has restored the link and normal operation has resumed.

Identified - Fibre link between DC01 and DC03 is currently down, it went down around 14:11. Traffic has rerouted, however services traversing and hosted within DC01 should be considered 'at risk' due to the reduction is resilience. The provider is ware of the fault and are working to restore.

Identified - We are seeing broadband issues with customers connected via xDSL to Winton exchange. Our suppliers are aware and the problem is under investigation. Please do not press the reset button on your router, this issue is within the suppliers network.
