Identified - Our Poole 1 repeater on the Nuffield Industrial Estate is currently without power. SSE are aware of a fairly wide area fault and are working on restoration. Our back up power system did not last as long as designed, and this will be addressed separately. This fault means that if you are fed from Poole1 and have power you will be without a working service. We apologise for any inconvenience.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - DC06 will be expanding the main PDU on each of the Feed 'A' and 'B' separately.
During the works there will be a short interruption to the feed being worked on. 'A' feed will be worked on first, but 'B' feed will remain fully protected by generator and UPS. Once 'A' feed is fully restored, then 'B' feed will be worked on with 'A' feed remaining fully protected.
No outage in envisaged, this works notification is for 'at risk' only due to the nature of the tasks involved, for co-located customers, and customers connected directly to DC06.

Resolved - Power has been restored and customers are reconnecting. If your router does not reconnect please power off, wait 10 seconds then power back on. Please do not press the reset button.

Update - The power has still not been restored, SSE's current estimated fix time is 22:00.

Identified - Our repeater on the Nuffield has lost power. SSE are aware of a fault in the area and are investigating. Customers who still have power, that are directly connected to this repeater will currently have no service, we apologise for any inconvenience.
