Microwave Broadband management software upgrade Jan 21, 22:00 - Jan 22, 00:00 GMT
During this maintenance window we will be upgrading our internal management software for Microwave Broadband customers. No outage is anticipated during these works, however Microwave Broadband services should be considered "At Risk".

DC06 Black out generator test Jan 26, 10:00-14:00 GMT
DC06 Datacenter will undergo a full load generator test on the below date. This will involve simulation of a power failure to the site. There will be no planned service impact, this is an advisory note, as there will be reduced resilience whilst the maintenance is being carried out. Power will remain unaffected to customer racks, but with reduced resiliency during the maintenance period. However, in the unlikely event of a utility failure during the testing period, the load will already be on the generators and would be returned to mains service at the earliest opportunity.

Scheduled - We will be carrying out essential works to our core network during this maintenance, no outages are anticipated as traffic will re-route automatically during these works. However the network should be considered "at risk" during these works.

Scheduled - To further enhance the resilience and capacity of one of our Virtual platforms - VM6, we will be performing 'at risk' maintenance on the above date and time.
No outage or impact is expected, however due to the nature of the works required, the platform should be considered 'at risk'.

Most of the services running on the platform are internal and not customer facing however a few legacy shared space VM's are also at risk. Contact us for more information if this is required.

Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on this repeater during these works. This work is to upgrade the equipment to add additional ultra-fast capacity.

This will require some interruption to service during the works window for up to an hour. We apologise if you are impacted by these works which has been scheduled during a low traffic period.

Once the works window is complete if you have no internet access, please power off, and then power on your router. Please do not press the 'reset' button.
