We will be carrying out essential works to our core network during this maintenance, no outages are anticipated as traffic will re-route automatically during these works. However the network should be considered "at risk" during these works.
We will also be performing essential maintenance on our Poole 3 microwave broadband site. Customers connected to sector 4 on Poole 3 will experience a short dropout during the works window while equipment reboots.
Apologies if you are affected by these necessary works.
Once the works window is complete if you have no internet access, please power off, and then power on your router. Please do not press the 'reset' button'
