Update
Apologies one of the routers was rebooted before traffic had fully migrated off. this caused a brief unintentional period of no connectivity.

Following recommendations from our core router vendor we will be upgrading the firmware on our core routers. Non-resilient customers connected directly to the affected router will lose service for up to 6 minutes while the router reboots. We apologise for any inconvenience.

This work will be completed in phases.
Phase 1 21/6 following routers will be worked on - LNS1/R10. BGP2/R11 CH1/R22
